Terms and Conditions Once your order is placed online you will receive confirmation of the order by email after cleared payment received we will send an email to inform you of dispatch of your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between yourself and us (Gadget n Gizmo) will take place after dispatch of the order to you of the products ordered. While we try and ensure that all information on our website is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods or delivery cost for items you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled after 48 hours. If you cancel any item that has not been dispatched and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund for the items cancelled. After dispatch you have the right to return goods within 14 days for a refund excluding our delivery costs. You are responsible for the return delivery costs, we recommend returned items are sent with tracking information. We must be informed within 14 days by letter or email. Please note you must select the correct shipping destination on checkout. Either UK, Europe or Worldwide. For Large Europe and Worldwide orders we recommend you contact us for an accurate shipping cost. Out of stock items If goods are ordered which show out of stock at time of ordering we reserve the right to dispatch the complete order when items back in stock. Faulty goods Please state your order date, order number, name, address, and a brief description of the fault by email and we will issue you with an RMA number. On notification of the RMA number, you can return the goods to: Gadget n Gizmo 185 High Street Lee-on-the-Solent Hampshire PO13 9BX On receipt of the goods, we will inspect and test were appropriate the faulty goods. If the goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us by Royal Mail Second class post, and offer to either refund or replace the goods that are faulty. If the goods are found not to be faulty we will return the goods back to you at no cost to you, however we will not cover your postage costs for the return of the item/s sent to us.
